It's Monday once again, so here we go.
For those of you who've been with us from the start, you know that we launched our website on Valentine's Day this year and spent both that day and the next posting profiles for our first round of guests. While we clearly won't be waiting till then next year, we wanted to give you some idea of how much bigger year two promises to be.
On February 14th, we posted roughly fifty (50) profiles. These consisted of creators, media guests, and cosplayers. (Maybe even a Bigfoot, but we admit nothing.) As of today, December 7th, we already have more than twice that number of people signed on. The only reason you haven't already seen those profiles is that we can't produce them fast enough.
But rest assured. Whether you've purchased space or are one of our local comic creators receiving a free table in 2016, everyone will get their moment in the sun. Each and every creator, cosplayer, vendor, or special attraction will receive its own individual announcement because we appreciate what each and every one of you brings to the show.
If you're interested in participating in 2016, be sure to check out our application process below.
In other news, we encourage everyone to pick up the second issue of Ian McGinty's Welcome to Showside this Wednesday. In it, you'll be introduced to a character named Toulouse, based on a Kansas City Comic Con attendee Ian met at our show in August.
As always, questions and comments can be placed in the box below or sent to me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks for bearing with us, and the best is yet to come.
